This PR adds several updates developed during the implementation of the orion/rosette/praesepe programs:

default rundate updated to 2021-01-17T00:00:00
new faflavors: "cmxorion" (not used, but kept in case), "sv1orion", "sv1rosette", "sv1praesepe", "sv1umaii"
possibility to read multiple input directories
custom_make_mtl: mixed=True
secondary: cutting on SV1_SCND_TARGET masks only
qa plots: all possible wd and std masks are now stored in the beginning in a dictionary + some updates
adding UMAII
black formatting
