update npm dependencies for rollup and switch to sass instead of node-sass
Apply changes from Hacker0x01/react-datepicker 2132 Hacker0x01#2132 to remove unused refs. Also fixed issue setting year and month values with Hijri calendar

fix author in package.json add publishConfig for npm
update month picker to use Hijri months for Hijri calendar
