Since 14/05/24 I have to keep entering my username and app password to push/pull from any repository on my companies bitbucket account.

@RichardRDrake Could you upload the log file from GitHub Desktop so that I could get some more information about this error? To access the log files go to the file menu in GitHub Desktop and select Help > Show Logs.
The log files are created daily -- please upload a log file as an attachment from a day where you experienced the issue.

I believe my login Token had expired, I logged out and back in, will let you know if I get the same issue by tomorrow.

#18586 strikes again; at what point is a rollback called for?

@RichardRDrake see if this resolves your issue: #18586 (comment) ignore the comments that its Azure DevOps, the issue is for anything using a PAT.

I followed the steps and Logged back in and re created the App password on bitbucket for good measure, so far it is working... [image: image.png] Sort of - I now have a branch committed and visible on bitbucket, but github says to publish it, trying to retrieve it using pull it says it doesn't exist even though I can see it there.
