Edit existing videos

Bug fixes:

Subtitle/clip lists don’t grow so much that they slip under the editor.
Subtitle file parsing no longer chops off the last subtitle when viewing video details.
Thumbnails are now not so damned huge.

Changes

Added help text to explain to the user what the workspace directory is for.
Renamed options files so they don't overwrite the ones from old versions.
Added interstitials for exporting and importing clip packs.
Updated menu of clip pack edit mode to add room for new features

IMPORTANT

To use this version I recommend exporting your old clip packs from the old versions before installing this version. Once the new editor is installed, import your clip packs to start fresh.
