vars: remove empty main.yml file

Remove empty file as it doesn't serve any purpose and can cause errors when running with ARA Records Ansible.

ARA produces the following error when running this role:

2020-04-18 11:54:06,815 ERROR ara.clients.http: Failed to post on /api/v1/files: {'playbook': 51, 'path': '/home/paulfantom/.ansible/roles/dev-sec.ssh-hardening/vars/main.yml', 'content': ''}

Directory is not empty, there are a lot of OS-specific files.
