OpenSuse Leap 42.2 gets only a small set of ciphers configured, it looks like something goes wrong with ssh package discovery.

openssh-server gets installed during the chef run in our docker travis runs. Autodiscovery via openssh package version is not possible because of that -> we guess the openssh version. This leads to this minimal set of ciphers and crypto settings. GH-176 should fix this issue via added defaults for opensuse leap 42.2
