This pull request adds support for Composer 2.

composer/composer#8726

I've updated the composer-plugin-api.

Updated the main plugin entry point class to implement the new
PluginInterface methods.

Updated the code where parent::installCode and parent::removeCode may return PromiseInterface instances.
