Change country input from text field to select

Currently, we allow users to type in their country in an input field. We're looking to change this to a select box of countries.

Take a look at country_select gem.

Hi @Robbieakoto, in #301, @yawboakye added a data module which loads both industry and country data from a static file.

See if you can fix this issue with what he provided instead of the gem route.
