Issue : Not Working with HTML5 Doctype.

Hello, the issue is arriving while using this plugin for alphabetical scroll(mobile) in my project.
I am using HTML5 and mentioned doctype() on the top of the html document.
The issue is plugin is not working with HTML5 doctype - scrolling stopped and I need this plugin to work in my project.
Please provide me the possible solution soon if possible.
