Parse .feat .featnames .egofeat .outedge

1. Check the input, output exist
EdgesLevel1.txt(first circle) and EdgesLevel2.txt(second circle) is the input file.
You should create a symbolic link "data" to the twitter data folder.

2. run the command
java -jar parseAll.jar


Add parsed node(file2) to list(file1)
