Description of the Change
This change handles edge cases occuring when a song gets deleted. Deleted songs remain as placeholder on setlists and still get counted, as long they aren't removed manually. They aren't taken into account for editing, cloning, presenting or exporting a setlist.
Benefits
No handled errors anymore.
