Description of the Change
This change provides additional buttons to remote control the display of presentation content, the display of chords and the theme mode on synced devices when presenting a setlist:
The remote control appears when setlist sync is enabled, auto sync in presentation mode is disabled (default) and the mouse hovers over the bottom navigation bar or the bottom navigation bar is tapped on touch devices.
Benefits
No need to manually control synced devices anymore.

Closes #72
