Just an idea I had for when Xnt is not available... or for whatever...

A neat way of doing this may be to add a way to do/or flag a no-op on each task/command/action. This supposed no-op would allow the functions to return the command list of what it would do if it were to run, then these could just be written to a file. Although, I fear such a change would drastically change the underlying structure of the entire tool.
