Describe the bug
Pipeline configuration option is not shown in case of custom charts as their won't be strategy history

To Reproduce

  1. User goes to Create an application
  2. User creates CI CD pipelines and deploy application using custom charts
  3. Check configuration in deployment history

Expected behavior
It will not show the pipeline configuration option in configuration

Current behavior
The option is getting shown and on clicking it, we are showing empty screen
