Feature: Pre-postcd not triggering in case of pull images from CR Plugin

When you add Pull Images From Container registry Plugin in Ci Job, and apply pre-post cd.

👟 Reproduction steps

1. Create a CiJob with Pull Images from Container Repository plugin .
2. Create Pre Cd or Post Cd pipelines.

👍 Expected behavior

It should execute Pre and Post Cd

👎 Actual Behavior

It is not executing pre post cd.
