Line breaks inside of a field were not handled appropriately. This was due to the way we were allowing a user-specified line delimiter and iterating through the file on that character(s). Moved to letting TextFieldParser handle line breaks and removed the lineDelimiter option. Added an ignore quotes option ("-q") to handle #10
