Somehow the corner plots recently (for me, not sure since when) end up with stripes in them in areas of low point density when I save the fig to pdf (right panel in image) but they're fine when I save to png (left panel on image). This is possibly a backend issue with matplotlib, but I thought I'd raise an issue here to (1) help people who run into this problem; and (2) in case this is something specific to this code + matplotlib as opposed to the latter only.

- graph file savename now correctly handles separators w os.sep
- triangle plot saved to svg format to avoid stripy plot
- see corner.py stripy bug: dfm/corner.py#261
