Expected Behaviour

What is the expected behaviour? All plots should render without error, especially using the example vaginal microbiome dataset
What is the actual behaviour? Both my datasets as well as the example datasets render the following error messages: 1) Error: Argument 'x' cannot be logical. 2). When I upload my own datasets I receive error 1). and also line 2 did not have two elements

Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

  1. Download example metadata and otu table from vaginal dataset paper https://www.tandfonline.com/doi/figure/10.3402/mehd.v26.27799?scroll=top&needAccess=true
  2. Upload both metadata and OTU table and try any plot.
  3. I received the error message Argument 'x' cannot be logical.

Thank you

Hi @gitIssues2018

Thanks for your post. I am unable to replicate your exact error. Would it be possible to paste the output from your R console into a comment?

My initial thought is that this is a formatting issue. When downloading the example metadata and OTU table from the paper, the first row needs to be removed, and the file needs to be saved as a tab-delimited txt file to follow the input requirements. If you have already done this, please attach the example dataset files that are giving an error. I am also assuming you are using the Bioconductor version installed by `BiocManager::install("omicplotR").

Thanks,
Dan
