Colour in Arc-Dark(er) for title bars is now #2f343f instead of #2f343b. A simple change in your Arc-Dark themerc makes it match perfect with Arc-Dark(er) GTK+ 2/3 theme.

Thanks for pointing this out. I changed the color and it should look neater now.
