Streaming Legacy Mode

NOTE: v12+ should be able to stream from HEVC-enabled cameras without legacy mode. If you are running into this issue, please upgrade to the latest version.
Ring has started using High Efficiency Video Coding (HEVC) in a firmware update for some cameras. While HEVC is efficient, it is not compatible with many streaming platforms, such as HomeKit and most web browsers. You may run into issues when you try to stream via homebridge or other projects based on this project.
If you see a message like Failed to negotiate codecs, you must upgrade to v12+ of the api or plugin. Snapshots and doorbell events will still work on earlier versions, but live streaming is not available.
