To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Do text comparison of any cyrillic website, for example: http://www.bezstruje.com/?ev=ED+Sombor

! ALWAYS INCLUDE AN EXAMPLE URL WHERE IT IS POSSIBLE TO RE-CREATE THE ISSUE - USE THE 'SHARE WATCH' FEATURE AND PASTE IN THE SHARE-LINK! - Its selfhosted, gives me link that doesn't work https://changedetection.io/share/uDNfeiNYo7Ma

Expected behavior
Being able to apply regex filter on cyrillic alphabet and receive notifications containing cyrillic text.
