Reduces the number of text files from 151 to 104. I can provide the files on the forum if you would prefer looking at them there. This is my last try at organising if you don't like this I will move on to actually incorporating my translation and text changes.
This merges all the different submod files into 1 file for each mod and organises the other non-dynamic names text files into very specific categories.
Actions, Barbarian Titles, Buildings, National Wonders, World Wonders, Cities, Civics, Civilizations, Civilopedia, Colors, Congress, Corporations, Dawn of Man, Diplomacy, Events, Features, Handicaps, Hints, Improvements, Interface, Leaders, Projects, Promotions, Regions, Religions, Resources, Stability, Strategies, Technologies, Terrain, Units and Victory.
This includes the Dynamic Name Fixes earlier (but not the python)
