The window flickers as if it will become shaded but it doesn't hold.
Everything works perfectly if I use the macbook keyboard.
MacOS High Sierra 10.13.6 (17G65)
MacBook Pro (Retina, 15-inch, Mid 2015)

That's weird. If it became shaded, it means key code is correct. I've tried with regular cheap windows keyboard, and it works with windows (⊞) button.

You hold the command key after second tap, and do not press any other key, right?

Sorry I didn't see a notification about your response but I upgraded my macbook and have the same issue.

I do hold the command key after tapping twice and the shaded area flickers. It works properly if I use the Macbook keyboard.

I'm still using the k750 keyboard.

My coworker installed it on his macbook pro running mojave and has the same issue with his external keyboard. He has a regular Apple bluetooth keyboard.
