When serverless-offline is installed and is present in the plugin section of serverless.yml, running any serverless command including serverless help emits the following warning:
Serverless: Deprecation warning: CLI options definitions were upgraded with "type"
property (which could be one of "string", "boolean", "multiple")
followed by a long list of affected options: "apiKey", "corsAllowHeaders", "corsAllowOrigin" and so on
