- use recommended Angular-library infrastructure instead of the current one
- replace custom build process with ng-packagr
- tests must flow
- demo app should deploy
- investigate compatibility issues and provide appropriate info
- update docs
- provide legacy branch for v2
- release ngx-ui-scroll v3
This is the problem of es2017-compiled distributive, which is used by default nowadays. The problem relates to async-await and zone.js interferention. Some details are here: angular/angular#31730
