Implementation of Command Processor Based on UART
The command processor interfaces with the user via the serial terminal.
The command processor currently handles 3 inputs from the user : author, dump , help
All the commands are case insensitive and the user also has flexibility to input leading or trailing spaces as input
The CLI also handles backspace if the user mistypes any input
