Uh, you seem to have deleted the .gitignore file, can you put it back pretty please? (Just push another commit re-adding it and the pull request will be automatically updated.) In general, it's a good idea to take a look at the output of git diff so you know what you are committing. You can also use git add -p to interactively add stuff to commit. Using git commit -a is usually a bad idea (I don't know if that's what you did here) unless you have already looked at git diff and are sure you want to commit everything.
