This PR aims to make relish compatible with Hapi 18.
I've also updated Joi to v15 in the tests it seems to work fine. The reason I settled for v15 is because v16 contains a lot of breaking changes and I don't dare to guarantee it would work out-of-the-box without further validation and tests.
