Animation and z_index for the Character Join Event #742

Adds a body to the character join event that allows to select an animation and it's length as well as a fake z-index.

Should fix #712 and somewhat #639

I think it would be nice to be able to change the default animation.

Also I noticed that you could make a character join multiple times right now, because it somehow wouldn't recognize that it was already joined, so I updated that.

Characters will NOT come to the front anymore when talking. if this is wanted again, it should be relatively easy to add an option.
