I would suggest beginning of December, and welcome other opinions.

This would make 2.0 a relatively short-lived release. That is not a bad thing.
With a more stable 2.1 release out we could then retire 1.14 support at the end of the year.

2.1 would include dropping MacOS 10.6 builds (#793) and likely be the first release with Python 3 support.

Reminder in case you have any larger incoming changes. I would very much like to get cctbx/dxtbx#126 in, so maybe branch beginning of next week or so?

I'd like to include

cctbx/dxtbx#118
#1014
#1012
#996

We should probably consider

#902

as well

I've got a couple of image viewer changes, #1020 and #1049. They are not critical, but are both fixes to long-standing bugs, which would be nice to see.

cctbx/dxtbx#126 is ready
#996 has 1 conflict and is failing on travis, looking at this now.
#902 has many conflicts and has last seen activity in September.
Rest have been merged.

#902 will require a non-trivial amount of work to bring back to life I suspect
