Various updates & bug fixes

Changes as follows:

• Added music
• Added new "locomotion controls" system (hold left grip + right grip)
• Grip controls now affect both movement and rotation of shapes
• Fixed a bug where multiple shapes could show up on the player's hand.
• Reworked tutorial to cover all the above & also explain the 2D game (simpler) before the 3D game.
• Removed credits from the welcome screen, and put them in an extra screen on the high scores table (less text on entry to the game).

Very minor text updates.

Fixed a typo and clarified hold vs press in the tutorial.
