The WebScraper folder contains Python code for Scraping the Research Repository in UCD. Storing the resulting data in a a madified version of the SWRC Linked Data Ontology. http://diarmuidr3d.github.io/swrc_ont/swrc_UCD.owl
The GraphVis folder contains Javascript and HTML code for visualising the stored author network from a SPARQL Endpoint using Sigma.js.
The GraphAnalysis folder contains code for generating network statisics about the author network and outputting nodes and edges for opening in Gephi.
