This is slightly related to other issues about customising streams: #6100, #6101, #6598

It would be great to be able to remove our own activity from the "My aspects" view.
I love being able to customise my view and only have my "family" and "friends" in there so I don't miss anything posted by my AFK people, but I am way more active than them so the feed is flooded with my stuff.

I suspect that most people would expect not to see their own activity in the "My aspects" view: intuitively, you are not part of your aspects. (Or am I missing something and you technically are?)
So I'd say that our own activity could be left out of "My aspects" by default, but if that is not everyone's feeling, I would be more than happy with an option under the aspects list that says something like "my activity" that we can tick or not.

The "my aspects" view doesn't include all of your own posts, but only those, that you shared with this aspect. So it actually makes sense to also include these in the "my aspects" view and this is why they're there.

But it could still be useful to add an option to hide own posts.
