Use predictable colors when drawing svgs so that data is reproducible #20

The colors are chosen at random but we want the random colors to be predictable across platforms. This means we get spurious differences in the outputs across platforms.

Also use original wavelength colors when drawing spot diagrams. Don't know why this was changed.
