Fix clock and date/alarm display on lockscreen

Reduce the size of keyguard's status view so the date and alarm is visible on the lockscreen.
Value selected is the maximum size the security view can be before it starts to overlap the largest lockscreen widget (Digital Clock with the bold hour and date).
