This is still a work in progress: tests don't pass yet, no docs, etc.
Had been noodling on this a couple weeks back, moved to this repo and pushing for visibility. Intention is to get to a milestone which is primarily a library for creating signed ops, and doing basic op validation, such that golang code can do account migrations (etc). A full directory re-implementation might come later (so that we have two full implementations of the spec, as a form of review; there is no particular urgency to replace the existing typescript directory with a golang version).
