[Feature]: 增加anchor:dragend事件中, 对drag endpoint 是否是在另一个anchor上的判断 #1620

背景&目的

我发现anchor:dragend的返回结果没有指出end在哪里, 希望可以指明有没有end在另一个anchor上面, 有的话可以给出另一个targetNode信息
