Migrate Markdown files from an Obsidian vault to a LogSeq one.

This is a Haskell program that must be compiled using Stack
stack installCreate a LogSeq vault first, then:
obsmd2logseq-exe <PATH_TO_OBSIDIAN_VAULT> <PATH_TO_LOGSEQ_VAULT>
