On new raids: ask if Prio3 should be reset #2

When you enter a new raid, popup a request if the Prio3 list should be reset.

Additional feature option:
Request other Prio3 addons to provide their list to you.

On joining Raid groups, addon requests current information from other Prio3 addon.
If it doesn't receive any, it gets disables.

If you are the loot master, simple re-enable and import.
