This is a proof of concept for a FAQ portal and a chatbot for customers of a fictional German bank. It uses a dataset of around 8500 questions / answers downloaded from German bank websites and uses them to build word embeddings and latest semantic index, and in turn to try and find the most appropriate answer to users' questions
