Include component generators

Hey,

First off thanks for creating this generator, it's made me quite the productive busy bee the past year. Something I love about another favorite generator of mine (generator-angular-fullstack) is that it includes component level generation for controllers, directives, services, etc. Recently I found myself using the generator that generator uses (confused yet!), generator-ng-component, to make me even more productive and organized when I use generator-ionic. I had to do a little configuration to get it working but it's quite nice! Now I can do yo ionic:controller myController and keep my app folder looking so fresh and so clean. I do not know if this is the type of functionality you want to include with generator-ionic but I am totally down to create a PR if so. Anyways, preesh and respect!
