* Builds .deb and .rpm packages that are designed to work on a broad range of distributions. To this end, the .rpm package links libc++ statically, and the .deb package has a binary that is fully statically linked. * Fix for the generated release notes. * Fix for the gh invocation, given that the repo is not checked out.
