How about an option in the settings, that allows me to turn off the annoying feature, where it jumps through all the available images when I use my scroll wheel?

Also as a related feature, how about allowing the scroll wheel to pan around the zoomed in or 100% size image, when the canvas of the image displayed happens to exceed the screen size? As described here #20
