Change all action files to point to diggerhq/digger #115

currently in our demo repositories the action files are pointing to diggerhq/tfrun which is the old name of digger repo, we need to make sure they all point to diggerhq/digger for example: https://github.com/diggerhq/digger_demo/blob/main/.github/workflows/plan.yml#L39

and all the other demo repository yml files need to be updated
