Alpine Linux Docker image with Nginx, PHP-FPM, Phalcon and wkhtmltopdf

Handy image that does everything to publish PHP page, including C-extension based full-stack PHP framework Phalcon and expose it using Nginx, as well create PDFs from HTML using wkhtmltopdf.
