Motivation

If a user restores an old version the date and the author gets set to the old values. These should be updated as they are creating confusion and don't allow the user to track the changes to the versions. The restoration process also leads to a strange behavior of the dates and we have newer versions that have an old time stamp.

I cannot reproduce this behavior. When I restore old versions, the date gets changed to the current timestamp.
