Describe the Bug

Currently, the sitemap index (list of all available sitemaps) also links sitemaps of hidden languages.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Go to http://localhost:8000/sitemap.xml
  2. See hidden languages

Expected Behavior

Only visible languages should show up there

Actual Behavior

Also hidden languages are shown
