Describe the Bug

Regions with many pages are not able to load the "Machine Translation" section if they consist of too many pages (mainly Munich). This should be fixed to make the section usable again.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Go to 'a region with many pages'
  2. Click on 'Machine Translation'
  3. Experience long loading times, maybe a 500 error

Expected Behavior

The Machine Translation section should be displayed.
