Detect failed/problematic disks in drp-raid with parameter to optionally skip them #107

If disks are in a failed or problematic state then drp-raid (its sub-programs really) and tasks will give cryptic error messages, e.g.:

Running command: /opt/MegaRAID/MegaCli/MegaCli64 -PDMakeJBOD -PhysDrv [32:1] -a0
Error creating jbod on megacli:0 : Error running cmd `-PDMakeJBOD -PhysDrv [32:1] -a0`: exit status 1

Request ability to more cleanly detect failed disks prior to continuing and alternatively skipping them based on parameter config.
