Scene Renamed in SceneTree isn't also renamed in the built-in Scenes Dock

For some reason, when I rename a Scene in SceneTree, the updated name doesn't update in the built-in Scenes list (the other way around works fine, renaming in built-in Scenes Dock updates the Scene name in SceneTree):

(Scene "IS: Droidcam 3" is renamed to "IS: Droidcam 2" in SceneTree, built-in Scenes Dock wasn't updated)

Same here, i can not realy change the name of a scene in SceenTree. First it looks like the name is changed but if i make a new scene, the old name reapers. very frustrating and dangerous.

I've uploaded a new version that should resolve the issue. The renaming function was changed between OBS v29.0 and v29.1

i can confirm that the Bug is fixed in v0.1.6 and that the renaming works (OBS 30.1.2) Thank you for your efford
